its a greek recipe of spanakopita with home made filo we need for the filling 1 kilo fresh spinach 2 eggs 250 gr feta cheese for the dough 4 cups of flour 1 tbsp of salt and as water it needs as we open the filo we mix 250 gr melted butter with two spoon of oil and we add them in the filo e put the first filo at the bottom of the pan and we t the filling above it ant the second filo on it we cook it fo half an hour at 180 c 357 f the spanakopita is ready enjoy it
