Thirty-one apartment-style rooms and suites are set throughout the property. The standard Double Sea View rooms are an average size for Mykonos and include a small, non-private balcony with a café table and two chairs. Superior Double Sea View rooms are slightly larger. Double rooms have either a queen-sized bed or two twins (with Coco-Mat brand mattresses), as well as a minibar, coffee and tea facilities, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom sink is located outside of the toilet/stand-up waterfall shower room and quality Apivita toiletries are provided.

The sizable Deluxe Jacuzzi, Honeymoon and Princess suites each have an outdoor hot tub, sea views and the former two can accommodate up to three guests. The Princess Suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms to fit up to five people. The Grand Suite has a romantic in-room bath tub and sofa bed. The Mykonian Traditional Maisonette is ideal for a group of up to six and comes with a fully-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Rooms located directly around the pool and restaurant are likely to be exposed to the pool bar and restaurant music, which may affect the quietness of the rooms. For example, standard room 104 was just steps from sound system speaker and was disruptive.
