  1. My dad has been using this marinade for YEARS! He learned it from the restaurants he worked in and its unbelievably delicious! probably the best I've had. we also marinade our souvlaki in it. Excelent video! Some traditions stay for a reason, keep it up!

  2. Why did you use almost totally different spices for the pork than you used for the chicken gyro? If I had had to guess, Iwould have said that you would also use smoked papria, coriander, lemon and thyme^^
    But looks great anyway, gonna try this one, too

  3. Ακη φτιάχνω την διπλή ποσότητα κρέας, και βάζω την διπλή ποσότητα από όλα, θα ήθελα να με πεις σε παρακαλώ αν θα πρέπει να βάλω και την διπλή ποσότητα μέλη. φιλιά καρταση.
