Mrs. Anna Clift is the Head Pastry Chef for the upcoming Greek Food Festival and she shows us how to make Baklava.
The festival will be hosted by Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church of Little Rock, Arkansas on May 15 -17, 2015.



  1. BAKLAVA IS TURKISH not greek. It is one of the deserts that have been adopted by many nations in post-Ottoman countries and greece is one of them. It is purely developed in the Imperial Cuisine and spread out throughout the empire.
