Love burgers? You’re gonna love these zesty, juicy and flavor packed chicken cheeseburgers! Packed full of fresh spinach, onions, garlic, feta cheese, Caesar salad dressing and seasoned to perfection. Next time you want a burger and something different, give these Chicken Feta and Spinach Cheeseburgers a try!

Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb – Ground Chicken (mixed meat not all breast meat)
1 cup – Chopped Packed Spinach
1 TBS – Black Pepper
1 tsp – Granulated Garlic
1 tsp = Granulated Onion
1/4 cup – Feta Cheese
1/4 cup – Caesar Salad Dressing
Note: I omitted salt due to the saltiness of the Feta. Add more salt if desired.

Thoroughly combine all ingredients, form 4 equal patties. Preheat pan over medium low, add 2 TBS Olive Oil and cook on each side for 6 minutes each or until they reach an internal temperature of 160º. NOTE: It’s important to cook these at a lower temperature to cook the burger through, without over browning the burgers.

  1. An insanely fantastic idea, Larry! With the combination that you mixed *inside* the burgers, I can imagine the flavors. The feta must really light it up. Gotta try this!

  2. not a ground turkey guy either but I'll try the mixed ground chicken if it's mixed, I hate chicken strips to for that matter since they are dry assed chicken breasts just me though.

  3. Awesome looking burger Larry, you always knock it out of the park with your creativity and that's what makes a hella cook. Keep doin yo thang bro. PEACE!!

  4. Hey, that looks pretty good there, Wolfe! 😉

So far, I haven't tried ground chicken, but the way you make it looks super!

All best and thumbs up, Jersey Joe 🙂
