Love burgers? You’re gonna love these zesty, juicy and flavor packed chicken cheeseburgers! Packed full of fresh spinach, onions, garlic, feta cheese, Caesar salad dressing and seasoned to perfection. Next time you want a burger and something different, give these Chicken Feta and Spinach Cheeseburgers a try!
1 lb – Ground Chicken (mixed meat not all breast meat)
1 cup – Chopped Packed Spinach
1 TBS – Black Pepper
1 tsp – Granulated Garlic
1 tsp = Granulated Onion
1/4 cup – Feta Cheese
1/4 cup – Caesar Salad Dressing
Note: I omitted salt due to the saltiness of the Feta. Add more salt if desired.
Thoroughly combine all ingredients, form 4 equal patties. Preheat pan over medium low, add 2 TBS Olive Oil and cook on each side for 6 minutes each or until they reach an internal temperature of 160º. NOTE: It’s important to cook these at a lower temperature to cook the burger through, without over browning the burgers.
