  1. Well, it's similar (but maybe smaller) to the breakfast I've been eating daily for 10 years and it gets me through from 8am to 1pm, with a banana as a mid-morning snack. Oats are slow energy release and keep my hunger at bay for a long time. I recommend it. Very healthy.
